What is Spraycrete?
Spraycrete is a custom made cement compound enhanced with additives to increase the durability, adhesiveness, and flexural strength. Comprehensive testing has shown that Spraycrete concrete compound A and B when mixed and dried for 28 days is 3X times stronger than high stength concrete, and up to 5X stronger in flexibility. Tests have shown our product to withstand up to 300 Freeze/Thaw cycles to ensure decades of durability in Canada with proper maintenance. Enhance longetivity by re-sealcoating every 2-3 years.
Preperation
Preparation includes removing existing coatings, crack and damage repairs.
Base and Spray Coats
After a self leveling base coat is added of Spraycrete Compound A&B, a second coat is applied by spray application.
Sealer Coat
After completion of drying, a sealer is provided to create a moisture barrier. Driveway is walkable after 24 hours, and able to drive on after a recommended of 72 hours.
